Your Role and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Understand the client's business and industry landscape to guide them toward optimal staffing solutions.
- Assess the business and hiring managers' needs (e.g., time to hire, location, budget) to create and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy.
- Advise on talent needs and advocate for diverse and nontraditional talent options.
Data Analysis & Hiring Strategy
- Analyze relevant data and trends to provide insights and collaborate with business areas to develop hiring plans that meet immediate and future talent demands.
- Review data to enhance staffing performance and share insights with teams.
Candidate Attraction
- Generate interest among potential candidates by articulating the business narrative and developing compelling stories.
- Increase visibility through community outreach and strategic networking.
- Share best practices in sourcing and recruiting with team members.
Candidate Experience
- Gather requirements and create hiring plans that address candidate needs throughout the hiring process.
- Enhance the candidate experience by proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
Talent Sourcing
- Utilize knowledge of talent markets and complex candidate profiles to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Develop strategies to attract diverse talent in competitive fields.
Candidate Assessment & Screening
- Employ assessment tools to evaluate candidates and contribute to the development of assessment materials.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates based on relevant criteria.
Operational Compliance & Excellence
- Apply expertise in staffing policies and regulations to educate clients and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing staffing processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related fields OR a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Design and Creative Recruiting.
Preferred:
- LinkedIn Certification.
Compensation:
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year, with variations based on specific locations.
