Job Description

Job Title: Global Sales Manager

Job Summary:

World Travel Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and cultivating leads through the sales pipeline, managing the sales process in its entirety, and collaborating with internal departments to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify leads through the sales pipeline, utilizing various sales techniques and strategies.
  2. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Business Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the corporate travel industry.
  3. Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
