Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at USI Holdings Corporation. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial property and casualty accounts, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and prospects, and effectively marketing to carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct client accounts/relationships to ensure retention and growth of book of business.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer service plans that reflect the customer's business and risk management goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical support to account teams, including analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotations.
  • Contribute to new business development by identifying cross-sell opportunities and seeking referrals from existing customers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7 years + of insurance experience.
  • Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • High school diploma or graduate equivalent degree required.
  • Experience managing complex commercial property and casualty accounts.
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Experience effectively marketing to carriers and customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
