THE ROLE

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales and KPIs, coaching and developing team members, and upholding visual standards to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drive conversion, sales, and KPI performance
  2. Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and supervise the team to deliver a 'service over task' environment
  3. Work with the BOH team to deliver shop floor product availability
  4. Uphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellence
  5. Support management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processes
  6. Support with new team members' inductions and ongoing training to build bench strength for future store expansion
  7. Encourage team members to improve performance through effective coaching

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a candidate with:

  1. 2-3 years leadership experience within retail or a similar industry
  2. Passion for creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customers
  3. Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating well with all stakeholders
  4. Excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  6. Openly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in social situations through engagement with customers
