Bindaas, a prestigious restaurant group in Knightsbridge, seeks an exceptional Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving service standards, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in restaurant operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • As Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with staff, customers, and suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including point-of-sale systems, reservation systems, and restaurant management software, is a must.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to obtain Food Handler and ABRA Licenses.
