About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Human Resources to join our team at Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources for the Enhanced Protection Security Services Growth Business Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Management process and guide resolution of employee investigations.
  • Oversee all aspects of Collective Bargaining Agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and managing grievances.
  • Represent Human Resources and business units on cross-functional team projects, new programs, and process improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of human resources managerial experience, including direct responsibility for employee relations, policy and procedure development, and workers' compensation and safety program management.
  • Experience with multi-state operations in a highly regulated service industry and/or oversight in an organization with a high-volume entry-level workforce.
