Job Requirements
We are seeking a sales professional with the following qualifications:
2+ year degree in a related field (preferred)Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry (preferred)Exceptional communication and relationship building skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to build customer relationships by implementing our proven processesMeet with customers in person or remotely to provide customized proposals based on their needsEnsure our brand has a local presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and other community eventsParticipation in regional or national training conferences/meetingsProvide support to our production team and crews and marketing initiativesComplete administrative tasks needed to set up the crew and team for success on every projectStrong work ethicProblem solving skillsPrevious sales and/or service industry experience preferred but not requiredValid driver's license and clean driving record
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary plus commission structure, uncapped earning potential, and performance-based bonuses. We provide a company car, gas expenses, and excellent training and resources. Our focus is on skill and personal development, and we offer a business phone and tablet. Compensation: $60,000 - $86,000 per year
