Cardiology Support Specialist

We are Wentworth Health Partners, a leading multi-specialty group practice dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and services. As an affiliate of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, we strive to provide exceptional care that meets the diverse needs of our patients.
Our team is seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to join our Cardiology department. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of patient services and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and services in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY CARE
- Assist in managing patient flow to ensure efficient delivery of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in patient services or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $120,000 per year
