About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Inpatient Services. This role will provide critical administrative support to the Director and service line Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with expertise in MS Office, project management, and medical terminology. They will be responsible for providing administrative support, including financial record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and conferences. Additionally, they will assist with special projects, such as tracking annual requirements, maintaining policies and procedures, and creating departmental files and records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and service line Managers
  • Manage payroll and timekeeping for designated areas
  • Track and analyze employee absenteeism and leaves of absence
  • Coordinate conference and meeting travel requests
  • Assist with special projects, including project timeline maintenance and data tracking

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
