Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warranty and Support Specialist to join our team in Dover, New Hampshire. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues related to product warranties, returns, and exchanges.

This role involves working closely with our Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication with customers and resolve any issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing customer requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Process customer requests and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
