Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement quality assurance plans and direct supervisors to ensure adherence to production and QC hold points.
  • Address quality issues through corrective actions and communicate with management and engineering staff.
  • Plan daily work activities to meet production schedules and coordinate worker resources between multiple projects.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment and identify potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees and evaluate supervisor performance.
  • Act as a liaison between production management and supervisors, resolving employee grievances and optimizing production employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or 3-5 years of related experience or training.
  • Understanding of general plant production operations and ability to read shop drawings.
  • Fluent in the use of Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Acrobat.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to plan, direct, and provide technical support.
