Job SummaryThe Account Manager is a key role that oversees one Towne Park account and is responsible for driving account performance in financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurements, as well as the ability to improve financial performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Financial and Business Systems Management
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive financial performance and profitability
- Manage scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping for associates under direct supervision
- Ensure accurate forecasting, payroll, and accounting reports
- Utilize standardized business systems to control assets and expenditures
- Human Resources
- Recruit and hire top talent to join the Towne Park team
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that retains talented associates
- Respond to associate feedback and suggestions, including satisfaction surveys and exit interviews
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback and coaching
- Service Management
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest/patient service experiences
- Allocate labor resources to support service delivery
- Work with Area/District Manager and Human Resources to forecast and plan for seasonal variances in business
- Client Relations Management
- Develop cohesive working relationships with clients' staff members
- Maintain regular meeting rhythms and communication channels with clients
- Understand client objectives and ensure the team is focused on exceeding expectations
- Associate's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service
- Ability to drive manual transmission and maintain a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen

- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds frequently over considerable distances.
- Working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
- Travel of up to 10% may be required.
