Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating service appointments with efficiency
  • Dispatching service professionals to various locations while ensuring they arrive on time
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships and addressing concerns
  • Updating client records and scheduling systems accurately
  • Monitoring service professional progress to guarantee timely completion of tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving complaints with professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service and scheduling, ideally within the home services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization
  • Familiarity with computer systems and scheduling applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
