Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care and health education to residents.
  • Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
  • Administer safe and precise medication interventions.
  • Assess residents' health and communicate any changes to the physician, implementing new orders as necessary.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on assessments and nursing interventions.
  • Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification required.
