Sign-On Bonuses: $8,000 for Full-Time & $4,000 for Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care and health education to residents.
- Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
- Administer safe and precise medication interventions.
- Assess residents' health and communicate any changes to the physician, implementing new orders as necessary.
- Develop individualized care plans based on assessments and nursing interventions.
- Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification required.
