Position Summary:
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Showroom Coordinator. This full-time position is essential within the automotive sector.

As the Showroom Coordinator, you will be instrumental in fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our clientele visiting the dealership.

Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $3000 to $4000, with biweekly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting environment.
• Guide customers to the relevant department or staff member for assistance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing and displaying vehicles on the showroom floor.
• Support administrative functions such as handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in company training sessions and meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
