Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Parish Office Manager. This role will provide essential administrative support to our parish staff and ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all office operations, including scheduling events and meetings.
  • Support the Rector and Pastoral Associate in administrative duties, such as maintaining the facilities calendar and coordinating facility space setups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external requests for meeting spaces and facilities usage.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of Archdiocesan reports, including the Annual Consolidated Report and CYP Audit.
  • Collaborate with the Sacramental/Ministries Coordinator to schedule weddings, baptisms, and funerals.
  • Manage the parish petty cash fund and assist with the completion of the weekly Parish bulletin.
  • Recruit, train, direct, and supervise volunteers and office staff as needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in office management, including management of support staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to enter and update data in Ministry Platform and maintain sacramental records.
