  • Client Interaction:

    • Develop and maintain project modules in NetSuite, ensuring precise and current project documentation.
    • Keep comprehensive meeting records and utilize Microsoft Office tools, Gantt charts, and Microsoft Project for project management activities.
    • Accurately process sales orders related to projects in a timely manner.
  • Project Management:
    • Direct project planning and execution, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
    • Effectively manage project scope, risks, tasks, resources, budget, and timeline.
    • Monitor project advancement, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Encourage collaboration among project teams and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Quality and Financial Oversight:
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement necessary process enhancements.
    • Oversee project financials, evaluating profitability, revenue, and budget utilization.
    • Accurately forecast revenue, profits, and losses while identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
    • Achieve safety, company, and project financial objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Establish and nurture business relationships crucial for project success and future opportunities.
    • Identify potential partnerships and leverage additional sales across projects.

Work Environment: This position primarily operates in an office setting but may require travel to project sites or client locations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in project management software such as NetSuite, Microsoft Project, and Gantt charts.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to travel to client and partner locations as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Experience within the telecommunications sector.
  • Familiarity with engineering principles and project management methodologies.
