Your Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor Trainee, you will acquire the skills necessary for a Kitchen Manager while training across multiple locations.

You will collaborate with various team members to learn how to:

* _Craft quality menu items:_ Work alongside the Food Service Director to design seasonal menus and develop recipes while adhering to budgetary constraints. Enhance food sales by boosting customer traffic during peak hours.
* _Ensure exceptional customer service:_ Maintain the highest standards of service and mentor kitchen staff through daily training.
* _Comprehend operational reporting:_ Manage inventory levels and participate in regular inventory assessments. Accurately place bulk orders and monitor food shrinkage/loss.
* _Uphold brand standards:_ Ensure food displays are appealing, correctly priced, and safely presented. Implement promotional activities and ensure timely updates of point-of-sale materials.

_ Enforce safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.

Maintain adherence to the dress code at all times. We seek candidates who are:

* _Experienced._ Ideal candidates will have prior experience in kitchen management roles.

You may be a suitable candidate if you have held positions such as: Kitchen Lead, Kitchen Supervisor, Line Cook, Chef, Food Service Worker, or Restaurant Manager.
* _Knowledgeable._ Experience in the food industry is essential, with additional experience in menu creation, staff training, and inventory management being advantageous. A high school diploma or GED is required; ServSafe certification is a plus.
* _Highly organized._ This role demands excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* _Detail-oriented._ Strong planning and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining operational standards and cleanliness.
* _A strong communicator._ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for supervising and motivating kitchen staff.
* _Tech-savvy._ Proficiency with computers is required for completing daily paperwork and data entry.

$19-$22 per hour based on skills and experience, with potential for monthly bonuses.
