We are currently seeking applications for the role of Facilities Operations Supervisor. This position is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all campus facilities to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the custodial team, ensuring effective supervision and guidance.
2. Develop and implement schedules for custodial shifts.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
4. Monitor budget expenditures and propose cost-saving measures.
5. Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with established policies and within budgetary constraints.
6. Provide in-house training for custodial staff on safety protocols, cleaning techniques, and equipment usage.

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential. Reliable attendance and a commitment to the responsibilities of the position are crucial. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those with two years of supervisory experience. Basic computer skills are required, with familiarity in Microsoft Office being advantageous. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
