About the Position

The HR Manager is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to HR leadership, strong HR team collaborator, and mentor to more junior HR staff. In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including compliance, recruiting, benefit planning, payroll review, onboarding, employee development, employee relations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, ERISA, and HIPAA requirements.
  2. Select and onboard top talent to support the growth of ATA.
  3. Develop and implement benefits programs to enhance employee well-being.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
