Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals. They will work closely with existing customers to evaluate their needs and negotiate successful deals. This includes creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within the assigned territory, and meeting or exceeding designated sales targets.

Additionally, the Sales Representative will develop and implement effective sales strategies, document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM program, utilize negotiation skills to close sales and secure deals with clients, and provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships. They will also conduct sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, trade shows, and closing sales, and collaborate with ownership to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in outside sales, excellent negotiation and customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be persistent. Salary: $60,000 - $150,000 per year based on performance and experience.
