Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Business Analyst - AI/Automation Systems to join our team and revolutionize HR processes through the effective integration of artificial intelligence and automation systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that enhance HR systems, leveraging advanced technologies to optimize processes and experiences.
  • Evaluate AI concepts for practicality and develop business cases that align with our objectives, ensuring responsible AI design and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the AI lifecycle, capturing business requirements, risk management, and monitoring plans to ensure ongoing alignment with our goals.
  • Oversee AI testing and monitoring plans, including dashboard development, regular review of monitoring results, and remediation as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and training programs to explain AI models, increase stakeholder understanding, and promote ethical AI practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system adherence to regulations and best practices, and proactively prepare for future changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer/Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI system design and/or monitoring.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools and platforms pertinent to HR.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to evaluate model performance, and make informed decisions.

Estimated Salary: $90,100-$138,750 per year
