Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls and respond in a timely and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers.
  • Assist with the management of room blocks, select reporting, client notification of key dates, group resumes, event orders, and BEOs.
  • Track and detail event and group particulars, communicating with internal partners and external clients as needed.
  • Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes, including Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, and sales call process.
  • Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other communications required for this position.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes.
