Explore St. Louis Sales Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales staff and clients. Key responsibilities include preparing sales leads and bid proposals, typing correspondence, generating reports, creating client presentations, and coordinating tradeshow functions.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook, Word/Excel). An associate's degree or one to three years' related experience is required. Knowledge of the St. Louis hospitality industry and experience with CRM systems (i.e. Simpleview) is preferred.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating key information in the CRM database. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, along with effective problem-solving and customer service skills, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales leads and bid proposals
  • Typing correspondence and generating reports
  • Create client presentations and coordinate tradeshow functions
  • Maintain and update CRM database information

Requirements:
