AI and Machine Learning Innovation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Data and Machine Learning Innovation team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, process, and standardization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Drive annual, quarterly, and ongoing strategic planning exercises, including coordination, planning, execution, and accountability for follow-up.
- Drive accountability and execution of operational rhythms of the org, improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and partners.
- Provide exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills, facilitating complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions.
- Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a tech company.
- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
- Experience working with a ML research team.
