The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving efficiency, process, and standardization across the organization. This position will be part of the DMLI Chief of Staff team and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning exercises, including coordination, planning, execution, and accountability for follow-up. Ensure operational rhythms are executed efficiently, effectively, and productively. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with global teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects. Provide exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills to facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field. 3+ years of experience working in a tech company. Proven track record of managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate the big picture to executive teams. Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with ML research teams is a plus.
