Chief of Staff for Data and Machine Learning Innovation

As a key member of Apple's AI and Machine Learning organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program manager to join our Data and Machine Learning Innovation (DMLI) team. This role will play a critical part in driving efficiency, process, and standardization across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning exercises, including coordination, planning, execution, and accountability for follow-up. Improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity by driving accountability and execution of operational rhythms. Manage relationships and work cross-functionally within global organizations. Develop and maintain exceptional attention to execution details while articulating the big picture to executive teams. Facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of results.
Requirements
Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field. 3+ years of experience working in a tech company. Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations. Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills. Ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization. Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with a ML research team is a plus.
