Chief of Staff for Data and Machine Learning Innovation

As a key member of Apple's AI and Machine Learning organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program manager to join our Data and Machine Learning Innovation (DMLI) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving efficiency, process, and standardization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning exercises, including coordination, planning, execution, and accountability for follow-up. Ensure operational rhythms are executed effectively, improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Provide exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills, facilitating complex meetings with executives and partners. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field. 3+ years of experience working in a tech company. Proven track record of managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate the big picture to executive teams. Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with ML research teams is a plus.
