Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide critical support to our North America Consumer Business Unit and R&D teams. This role will report directly to the North America Director of FP&A and requires a strong foundation in technical and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Consumer team with comprehensive revenue and expense analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate revenue trends, addressing any anomalies.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to the management team.
  • Develop financial plans and assess the validity of management's assumptions.
  • Support functional managers in understanding expenditures and managing their budgets effectively.
  • Calculate quarterly commissions for the Consumer team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely expense recording through established processes.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting department and various teams during the monthly closing process.
  • Summarize quarterly results for auditors and Corporate Finance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
  • Engage in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Experience in the software industry is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of financial operations and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and ability to prepare journal entries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
