Our client, recognized as one of the most rapidly expanding service firms in the country, is on the lookout for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to enhance their dynamic team. With a solid market presence, they have achieved significant organic and inorganic growth, surpassing their revenue expectations of $2B for the previous fiscal year and anticipating $2.5B in revenues for the current fiscal year.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the financial operations and overall organizational strategy. You will be instrumental in establishing and implementing financial planning and budgeting initiatives for the designated region.

This position will report directly to the CFO, who brings a wealth of experience from Investment Banking and Private Equity, while also having a dotted line reporting to the President, a seasoned professional with decades of industry experience. Both leaders will provide guidance and mentorship as you develop in this role. Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Preference for candidates with a background in Public Accounting, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
  • Experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and/or Quality of Earnings (QofE) is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies and improvements
  • Excellent written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills
  • Experience in management and team development
