Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate interest at the customer level, ensuring clients are well-informed about our offerings and eager to explore Syngenta's solutions.
  • Serve as a representative of the Syngenta product line by providing insights and addressing any issues in collaboration with Agronomy.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively listening to farmers, surpassing their expectations, and aligning our goals with their needs.
  • Engage in modern business practices by offering a distinctive sales experience.
  • Educate farmers by challenging conventional methods and sharing expertise to foster long-term relationships built on trust.
  • Tailor and present specific field recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
  • Facilitate access to the industry's most extensive and varied selection of hybrids.
  • Contribute effectively as a member of the broader Seed Sales team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer-oriented role with strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
  • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
