Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all sales inquiries provided by the company promptly and professionally, keeping the Sales Manager informed of each lead's status.
  • Design and propose tailored solutions for clients, including visual aids, floor plan sketches, and necessary load calculations.
  • Implement effective follow-up strategies with every client to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain client expectations throughout project execution to guarantee complete satisfaction.
  • Drive profitable sales and attract new customers through our established marketing initiatives.
  • Advise clients on various options available to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts and support administrative tasks as needed.
  • Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment.
  • Address any inquiries regarding the operation, features, and functions of the systems.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for installations is completed, including obtaining client signatures and processing payments.
  • Generate leads independently through networking, data analysis from existing records, and referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Enjoy uncapped earning potential through a commission and bonus structure.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales.
  • 3 or more years of experience specifically in HVAC sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer-based applications.
  • Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
  • Effective organizational skills.

Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 plus commission.
