- Develop and Maintain Sales Playbooks: Create and update sales playbooks as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations and analytics, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or services industry, and at least 1 year in cell and gene therapies.
- Critical Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, experience with CRM tools, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional Skills: Strong collaboration skills, ability to work in a matrixed environment, experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
