About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Sherwin-Williams products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
