Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including checking in, receiving payments, and assisting with daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude towards patients, ensuring a "white glove" experience.
  • Guide new patients through the intake process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
  • Manage daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to facilitate intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Work Schedule

The Patient Ambassador enjoys an early morning schedule with early afternoon out times. Flexibility to support on weekends and evenings is expected. Expected hours for this role are 24 hours per week.

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: Rotates 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Every Other Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
