Position Summary: The Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with membership sales by attracting new clients to the studio and facilitating their participation in introductory classes. This position also focuses on retaining existing members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven sales, communication, and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize the Club Ready software system.
  • Capability to stand or sit for extended periods during the workday.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally may be necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Conduct facility tours while building rapport and understanding individual client needs.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Highlight and reinforce the club's mission as a provider of fitness and wellness services.
  • Present available offerings to both current and prospective members.
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Engage in promotional events (such as health fairs and community activities) to elevate the club's visibility.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing personal selling skills.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
