Job Summary

Family Service League Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide community-based mental health treatment to a caseload of 20 children/youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to the child's and family's needs.
  • Complete treatment plans and implement services based on your assessment and the input of the family.
  • Collaborate with other providers by engaging in regular communication.
  • Conduct crisis intervention as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or related field required.
  • LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or related licensed clinical degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting and in a clinical capacity required.
  • Prior experience diagnosing using the DSM V and experience with behavioral/therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Valid and clean NYS Driver's License required.
