GTM Payroll Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Software Engineer to develop and enhance software solutions tailored to our clients' needs and operational requirements.

Bring your expertise to a dynamic software development team and contribute to the design and creation of innovative products for household clients nationwide. Engage in a multi-year modernization initiative that aims to elevate our service offerings. Our solutions empower over 8000 clients to efficiently manage their household Payroll and Human Resources functions, providing an excellent opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals while working on cutting-edge applications.

Our Technology Stack: Microsoft .NET Core, C#, MVC, JavaScript, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Git, IIS (previous technologies include ASP.NET Forms, VB.NET, jQuery, SQL Server, TFVC)

Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience with our technology stack and related languages, including:
    • C#, Blazor, CSS, Reporting Tools, SQL Server, SOAP and Rest APIs, etc.
  • Background in our industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong performance and user experience orientation.
  • Proven track record of embracing and driving change for improvement and growth.
  • Ability to articulate knowledge of product/service lines and their financial implications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of five years of experience in programming, system design, and implementation.
