We Are Hiring:

Department:
Ascension Medical Group

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with the medical group and clinical leadership to enhance operational efficiency.

Engage with the finance team to ensure alignment on significant projects and system initiatives.

Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on expense oversight, productivity metrics, budgeting, forecasting, financial assessments, and capital allocation.

Oversee market statistical reporting and budgetary processes.

Advise on strategies informed by financial, accounting, and industry insights.

Plan and manage financial resources for departmental services.

Conduct comprehensive calculations and evaluations of physician compensation.

What You Will Need:

Education:


A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant cumulative experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
