The Enterprise IVR System Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of next-generation customer service tools and contact center products at Blue Shield of CA.

This role involves maintaining and enhancing the enterprise IVR system, which provides self-service capabilities and serves as the entry point into the contact center.

About the Role:

  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience working with IVR or contact center systems.
  • Prior experience with Java, Python, and web services is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Azure cloud environment is also a plus.
