Position Overview

The Accelerator Group encompasses a wide array of emerging enterprises and rapidly expanding sectors such as functional and alcoholic beverages, education, retail, fashion, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Brand Strategy, the Supervisor will spearhead the creation of strategic content and pinpoint insights that guide comprehensive media recommendations. This role involves direct interaction with clients as well as collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Development

· Collaborate on media and marketing strategies utilizing a comprehensive media perspective.

· Design, execute, and uphold strategic and cohesive client media plans and marketing strategies.

· Create plan alternatives that align with client objectives.

· Pay close attention to details, ensuring robust data and rationale underpin recommendations.

· Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's brand and product specifics.

· Demonstrate initiative: Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Integration

· Work synergistically with various groups both internally and externally (clients and creative agencies).

· Take charge of collaboration with Analytics and Investment teams.

· Oversee workflow and ensure adherence to process protocols while managing expectations.

Manage & Mentor

· Represent Canvas Worldwide with professionalism in client and industry interactions.

· Guide the team and cultivate an environment conducive to growth and learning.

· Ensure timely completion of projects, including managing internal expectations.

· Foster an open and supportive workplace where ideas, opinions, and perspectives are valued and shared.

· Keep the team informed about the broader context of client needs and strategies.

· Provide oversight to junior staff to guarantee that all work is 100% accurate.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and planning tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong presentation capabilities, with the ability to convey information to internal managers and clients effectively.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks flexibly while communicating priorities to direct reports.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Outstanding time management abilities and a commitment to follow-through.

Highly detail-oriented and precise.

Established ability to maintain strong relationships with internal, external, and client stakeholders.

Experience & Education:

A bachelor's degree is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Media Strategy or Planning.

At least 2 years of experience in mentoring and developing team members.
