Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist I to join our team at Sacramento State. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine contract management work, including drafting, revising, and approving contracts, as well as ensuring adherence to insurance, bonding, and legal prerequisites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive contracting support within a fast-paced, high-volume work setting.
Requirements
  • Proficient in contract management software and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports.
  • Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.
