Job Title: Provider Contracts Specialist

Job Summary:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a skilled Provider Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our network development team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with Molina's network adequacy standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with providers to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract implementation and ongoing management.
  • Analyze and interpret contract data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contract performance and reduce costs.

Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in provider contract support or negotiation in the healthcare field.
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of managed care experience.
