Job Summary

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Requirements

  • Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
  • State licensed in TX, obtained by your One Medical start date
