IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Four Star Freightliner. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our networking platform, troubleshooting network and system issues, and monitoring active network and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
• Deliver clear, step-by-step instructions on technological processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with openness to constructive feedback

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a network or systems administrator
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Highschool or GED (Associates or Higher Preferred)
• Comptia A+ Certified
• 2+ Years Experience working with Apple Products (iPads, MacBook, Mac)
• 2+ Years Experience Troubleshooting Windows and Apple Hardware and Software
• 2+ Years Experience working as an IT Helpdesk Technician or in a similar customer support role
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
