We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Center Coordinator to join our team at Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service center, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage all assigned service branch work orders, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Collaborate with onsite and regional teams to submit duplicates, cancellations, and corrections.
- Monitor and review past due work orders, working with onsite teams to ensure completion.
- Provide assurance on the completeness and accuracy of underlying transaction data in Yardi.
- Travel to sites to train, mentor, and onboard new service center coordinators.
- Manage quality assurance reviews of work orders to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
- Engage with Operations Director to address compliance issues and report to RVP Facility Management, SRSCC, SCD, and RFD.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience, with property management experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong data entry skills and knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Existing Yardi knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to plan, project manage, and organize strategically.
- Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and safe driving record.
