Key Account Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our Light Industrial Staffing division as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise, build a successful career, and make a meaningful impact in our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify new prospects, develop targeted outreach strategies, and drive conversions.
  • Grow Existing Client Relationships: Build trust, establish credibility, and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop a deep understanding of our staffing solutions and educate clients on the benefits, ultimately driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in Light Industrial Staffing.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and under pressure.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Benefits Package: 50% travel allowance for client visits, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment.
