Position Overview

Location: Remote

The role of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at TERI Inc. is crucial in shaping our outreach and engagement strategies. This position is designed for a part-time on-site professional who will actively contribute to our marketing, fundraising, sales, and entertainment initiatives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various platforms that effectively engage a diverse clientele, including both B2B and B2C segments. Your role will involve conducting market research, executing fundraising efforts, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing sales data and engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a friendly demeanor while collaborating with colleagues.
  • Work in conjunction with all departments to assess and implement the marketing strategy for TERI Inc.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines clearly across the organization.
  • Oversee online engagement channels, including social media and digital advertising, to support in-person marketing at events.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of sales materials and relevant content.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the completion of assigned tasks.
  • Build and nurture relationships to generate leads through professional networks.
  • Assist in developing and managing content for social media and marketing programs across all platforms.
  • Support the Event Sales Director with strategic marketing insights and promotional planning.
  • Coordinate with the Event Sales Director to organize industry events and create updated promotional content.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively engage in sales within designated categories.
  • Review and enhance social media strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Generate reports and analyze marketing metrics to share insights with team members.
  • Provide comprehensive information on past campaigns and projects to showcase capabilities.

Employment Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $26.50 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in sales, catering, event management, or related fields with a proven track record in marketing content creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, WIX, CRM tools, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, content management software, and event planning platforms.
