Position Summary:

This is a remarkable opportunity for a dynamic and professional Property Leasing Specialist who is adept at motivating and guiding a team within our 359-unit residential community. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, full of energy, with a proven ability to lead effectively. This role involves showcasing the community to potential residents, leasing apartments, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the marketing efforts of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone and email
  • Engage with prospective residents through follow-ups
  • Screen and qualify potential residents, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
  • Adhere to all applicable state, local, and federal fair housing and ADA regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, traffic, and leasing activities
  • Prepare lease documentation promptly and accurately for managerial approval
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for the community

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in leasing or sales within property management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Yardi management software is preferred
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Highly organized and energetic
  • Availability to work weekends and flexibility in scheduling
