Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a responsible, approachable, and friendly demeanor while maintaining professionalism with colleagues.
  • Collaborate across departments to assess and implement the marketing strategy and plan for TERI Inc.
  • Communicate campaign goals, deliverables, and timelines effectively with the TERI Inc. team.
  • Oversee online engagement channels, including social media and digital advertising, to support in-person marketing efforts at events.
  • Maintain and curate a repository of relevant sales content and resources.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Build and nurture relationships to generate leads through professional networks.
  • Assist in developing and managing content for social media marketing initiatives, including all TERI's digital platforms.
  • Support the Event Sales Director by providing insights for ongoing marketing strategies and promotional experiences.
  • Coordinate with the Event Sales Director to plan industry events and photo shoots for updated promotional content.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively sell within one or more of the SMERF categories or support sales initiatives.
  • Review current social media strategies and implement new approaches to align with business objectives.
  • Generate reports, analyze marketing metrics, and share insights with team members during project updates.
  • Provide information on past campaigns and projects to showcase overall capabilities.

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $26.50 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in sales, catering, private events, or event management with a proven track record in marketing content creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, WIX, CRM tools, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, content management software, and venue design platforms.
